Our commitment to community impact reflects a simple belief: when we invest in our youth, we invest in the future of our entire community. 

The Castle Rock Crankers helps teens become lifelong mountain bikers by providing them with the skills to be competent and confident on and off the trails. So, it’s fitting that Fidelis has partnered with the Crankers to help train their team on vital financial skills and education about savings, investing, debt management, and wealth building.

The Partnership

Fidelis has proudly sponsored the Castle Rock Crankers since 2023 through a unique matching program. For every dollar riders contribute to their own investment or savings accounts, Fidelis matches it dollar-for-dollar (up to $2,000 per year) in support of the Crankers. Contributions can be made directly by the riders or through a joint or custodial account managed by a parent. The more the riders invest in themselves, the more Fidelis is able to invest in them - turning individual savings habits into team-wide support.

Financial Education - Fidelis also helps to train the Crankers on vital financial skills and provides education about savings, investing, debt management, and wealth building, including contributing informational articles in the Crankers’ newsletter. Click on the links below to read the articles.

The Aspen Effect (TAE) works to prevent youth mental health crises and harmful behaviors by building resilient, connected families through mentors, animals, and a healing ranch environment. Fidelis’ philosophy of Investing in YOU(th) creates a natural connection to TAE’s mission, and we are pleased to provide support so it can continue to offer a critical service to our community’s youth as they launch into adulthood.

The Partnership

Fidelis is honored to support TAE and proud to be the first member of the Aspen Root Guild. The Aspen Root Guild is an exclusive sponsorship opportunity that forms the foundational root system of The Aspen Effect. With operating costs of $1,000 per day, Guild members commit to covering a set number of days each year for five years. 

To date, the Fidelis team has donated $10,000 to TAE as its matching donor partner during the 2025 Colorado Gives Day campaign and has committed to sponsoring five days of operating costs, or $5,000 each year from 2026–2030.
